Studio Amsterdam is the former Commerce House (built in 1849)
and later known as James Kerr and Sons (Drapery) ,
one of the largest department stores in Maitland
from 1881 into the late 20th century

Check out the Art Studio Amsterdam site, Patricia van Lubeck has some gorgeous work and you may have seen her community art, murals and rugs around town and in Newcastle.
